Crash Games Kenya 18+

Terms of use

These terms are short because the site does one thing: it publishes information. Using the site means accepting them.

Updated

Who the site is for

Adults in Kenya aged eighteen or over. The Act requires operators to obtain proof of the age of majority before registering a player (s.72(3)), and the 2026 Conduct Regulations bar persons under eighteen from gambling (L.N. 112 r.92). If you are under eighteen, please leave the site.

Information, not advice

Pages explain how crash games work, what the arithmetic shows and what the law says, with the section or regulation named each time. They are not legal, financial, tax or betting advice and do not take your own circumstances into account. For a decision that matters, read the source the page cites or ask a qualified adviser.

The calculator and the tables are illustrative

The multiplier calculator and every probability table use the standard crash model, in which the share of rounds that reach a multiplier equals the RTP divided by that multiplier. Spribe does not publish the distribution behind Aviator, and an operator's version of a game may use rules or an RTP that differ from the defaults here. The game's own rules screen, the provider's current page and the Authority's live list of licensed gaming companies always prevail over anything on this site. No figure here is a forecast of any round.

No gambling services

This site does not take bets, hold money, open accounts or process payments, and it links to no operator. Section 28(1) of the Gambling Control Act, 2025 allows a gambling activity in Kenya only under a licence issued under the Act; this site holds none, offers no gambling and does not act for anyone who does.

Operators answer for their own services

When you play, your agreement is with the operator, not with this site. Questions about a bet, a deposit or a payout go to the operator's customer care centre, which an online operator must keep in Kenya (s.68(8)). A complaint the operator has not resolved after 72 hours must be referred to the Authority (L.N. 112 r.9(2)(e)), a party to an online gambling dispute may appeal to the Gambling Appeals Tribunal within 14 days (s.80), and a Tribunal decision may be appealed to the High Court within 14 days (s.90). This site accepts no liability for what any operator does or fails to do.

Using the content

You may quote short passages with a link to the page they come from. You may not republish whole pages, or use any part of the site to advertise gambling or an operator.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version replaces this one and the updated date at the top changes with it. A change to how the site is funded will also appear on how we make money before it takes effect.
