What counts as an error

A figure that does not match its source. A section or regulation number that is wrong or no longer in force. Arithmetic that does not add up, including a probability or an expected value in a table. A quotation the source no longer contains. A wrong date. Law described as current after it was replaced: the Act repealed the Betting, Lotteries and Gaming Act (Cap. 131) under s.120, so a page that still treats the old Act as in force is wrong. Wording that is accurate word by word but leaves a false impression, for example a sentence that makes a cash-out target sound safer than the calculator shows.

A difference of opinion about how to play is not an error, and neither is a request to add an operator, a bonus or a ranking: those are things this site does not publish.

How to report one

No contact channel has been published yet, as the contact page explains. When one opens, it will be listed there and on this page. A useful report names the page, quotes the sentence or table row, and says which source shows the right value, such as the section of the Act or the provider's own page.

Errors are also looked for without reports. Every page is run through the same automated checks each time the site is rebuilt, and an entry in the facts register is compared against its source again when that source changes.

What happens next

1. The claim is checked against the primary source, never against another website.
2. If the page is wrong, it is fixed and its updated date changes.
3. If the fix changes the meaning, for example a probability, a penalty or a deadline, a short note on the page says what was corrected.
4. The correction is added to the log below with the date, the page and what changed.

Entries are not removed from the log later, and a wrong figure is never swapped out quietly without a record.
